Congruence in Isosceles Triangles
The Isosceles Triangle Theorem gives rise to two important properties of an equilateral triangle. See the following corollaries:
Corollaries
| 1. | A triangle is equilateral if and only if it is equiangular. |
| 2. | Every angle of an equilateral triangle measures 60°. |
Equilateral triangle ABC has all three angles measuring 60° each.
