The Blood Pressure

Blood pressure is the pressure exerted by the blood on the inner walls of the blood vessels. It is determined using an instrument called sphygmomanometer.

The blood pressure of a person is an indication of his or her health and must not reach extremely low or high levels. The normal blood pressure reading is 120 over 80.
