Weather Charts

Meteorologists also prepare weather charts, or reports that contain information and analysis on the weather in a certain place within a period of time. It records the data gathered on the air temperature, atmospheric pressure, extent of cloudiness, amount of humidity, amount of precipitation, and wind speed and direction in a particular locality as detected by different weather instruments.

Weather charts may look complicated or highly technical to you but do you know that you can make a simplified version of these charts? Study the following sample of a chart. Note how it records information about the weather in a place for a week. The information includes the readings for temperature, humidity, air pressure, and wind, along with the time the sunrise and sunset took place.
