Agents of Soil Erosion
Wind, water, and even animals can transport eroded materials such as rock fragments, pebbles, and dust, and bring them to new locations.
Wind
As gusts of strong wind blow across the land, small rocks, pebbles, and dust are carried, bringing them to new places. Eventually, as the wind dies down, the sediments get deposited into different sites, such as caves rock crevices and hotels, valleys, and forest areas.
