Kinds of Weather

Cloudy

During cloudy weather, the sky is covered with clouds. Because the clouds shield you from the sun’s heat, you can go outdoors to walk around or play in the open. Cold drinks can be enjoyed during this kind of weather. The clothes that you wear during sunny days may also be worn during cloudy weather.

Windy

During windy weather, the wind blows hard even as the sun may be shining brightly. The branches, leaves, and even soft trunks of trees sway in the wind. Things made of light materials, like paper, may also be blown away by the wind. This weather though is best for flying kites.

To avoid uncomfortable situations when the wind can blow loose tops and skirts up, wear clothes that are of heavier material and that fit quite close to the body. Shirts, shorts, and jeans are comfortable clothes to wear during windy days.
