Introduction
During your school's field trip, if your teacher has not yet informed you of the bus that your class has been assigned to, you may be uncertain of the bus you will choose to ride. Suppose there are three buses numbered 1, 2, and 3. You may probably ride in bus 1, bus 2, or bus 3. These are the only possibilities.

The possibilities given above can be summarized in a set, as follows:
