Collecting and Organizing Data in Graphs
What evidence will show that you have really performed a science investigation? During the course of experimentation, you will make observations on the effects of the independent variable on the experimental units. You may also take pictures and measurements of the height, mass, density, temperature, and other science quantities of the experimental units.
These observations form part of your qualitative and quantitative data. Both types of data should be carefully organized. Graphs are among the tools you can use to organize them.
