2. Get Plenty of Exercise

3. Say No to Smoking and Alcohol
Cigarettes contain harmful substances like nicotine which increases the heart rate and blood pressure.
Alcohol can cause high blood pressure.
Drugs like barbiturates, solvents, cocaine, and amphetamine can lead to heart failure.
