Indefinite, Relative, and Reflexive Pronouns

A reflexive pronoun is formed by adding -self or -selves to a personal pronoun.

It is the object of the verb which reflects back to the subject in a sentence.

The subject of the sentence and the reflexive pronoun are the same.

Examples:

  • You should help yourself so that God will help you.

  • They call themselves "The Neophytes."
  • I told myself, "What is done cannot be undone."
